Sam Szteinbaum brings more than 20 years of international management and technology industry experience to Asetek. Much of Sam's career was spent at Hewlett Packard where he served in a variety of leadership roles in the areas of business development, marketing, finance and general management.

Alexander Wong is a managing director of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. and head of venture capital at the D. E. Shaw group. Dr. Wong has more than 20 years of operating, technical, private equity, and venture capital experience in the technology industry.

Mr. Thuresson has more than 30 years of experience from international high-tech businesses. He has a background from the computer industry where he worked 12 years in different leading positions in the micro computer manufacturer Mycron. For 12 years Mr. Thuresson worked for the videoconferencing company Tandberg including 5 years as CEO.

Chris brings over 40 years of leadership, management and technology industry experience. During his long career with Hewlett Packard he served in a variety of leadership and general management roles.

Henri Richard is Senior Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Freescale Semiconductor. Prior to joining Freescale, Henri Richard was Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at AMD.

Jørgen brings to Asetek more than 25 years of international operational and business management experience from the mobile telecoms industry.

Mr. Øversjøen is an independent advisor/private investor with extensive experience from management positions within several industries: Partner in Carnegie Investment Banking, CEO in Global Tender Barges ASA, CFO and SVP M&A in the Umoe Group, CEO in Kverneland ASA, CFO in PGS ASA, CFO in Enitel ASA, M&A in Elkem ASA and CFO in Hafslund ASA.
