André Sloth Eriksen

• As a long-term entrepreneur (10 years) and founder of Asetek, André has held basically all positions in Asetek over the years and thus grown from a young entrepreneur to a professional business man with a lot of international experience. During the life cycle of a startup company, different skills are needed from the top management. André has proven his capabilities throughout this constant change, and from being an expert in cooling he has grown to be a team leader in Asetek. André's key skills include strong marketing, strategic business planning, fund raising, strategic R&D, determination, execution and overall team motivation and management.  

Prior to founding Asetek, André was employed at Danfoss in their management trainee program. André has a practical education as a tool maker, and holds an engineering degree from Aalborg University. In addition he has taken various executive management programs and an entrepreneurship course at MIT.
