• As a long-term entrepreneur (10 years) and founder of Asetek, André has held basically all positions in the company over the years and thus grown from a young entrepreneur to a professional chief executive with a lot of international experience.

During the life cycle of a startup company, different skills are needed from the top management. André has proven his capabilities throughout this constant change, and from being an expert in cooling he has grown to be a team leader in Asetek.

André's key skills include strong marketing, strategic business planning, fund raising, strategic R&D, determination, execution, deal closing and overall team motivation and management. With André behind the steering wheel, Asetek has grown from a tiny startup to a global industry leader within OEM liquid cooling.

Prior to founding Asetek, André was employed at Danfoss in their management trainee program. André has a practical education as a tool maker, and holds an engineering degree from Aalborg University. In addition he has taken various executive management programs and an entrepreneurship program at MIT.
