André Sloth Eriksen Member, Denmark | As a long-term entrepreneur (10 years) and founder of Asetek, André has held basically all positions in Asetek over the years and thus grown from a young entrepreneur to a professional business man with a lot of international experience. During the life cycle of a startup company, different skills are needed from the top management. André has proven his capabilities throughout this constant change, and from being an expert in cooling he has grown to be a team leader in Asetek. André's key skills include strong marketing, strategic business planning, fund raising, strategic R&D, determination, execution and overall team motivation and management.
Prior to founding Asetek, André was employed at Danfoss in their management trainee program. André has a practical education as a tool maker, and holds an engineering degree from Aalborg University. In addition he has taken various executive management programs and an entrepreneurship course at MIT.

Andre Turenne Member, USA | Andre Turenne is a senior vice president of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. and an executive of D. E. Shaw Ventures. The venture capital group pursues promising opportunities in technology-related companies across all stages of development, from seed through expansion capital. Andre Turenne has more than 25 years of operating, technical, and venture investment experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining the D. E. Shaw group in 2006, Andre Turenne was a managing director of NeoCarta Ventures, Inc., a venture capital investment firm. From 1996 to 2000, he served as senior manager of strategic investments at Intel Capital, the venture capital unit of Intel Corporation. Before beginning his more than ten years of venture capital investing experience, Andre Turenne also spent five years at Intel Corporation in various technical, marketing, and sales management roles. Prior to working at Intel, Andre Turenne spent six years in various engineering and engineering management positions at Photocircuits Corporation, a leading producer of printed circuit boards. Andre Turenne received his B.S. in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his M.B.A. from Northeastern University, where he was recognized as valedictorian of his class. |
Gregers Kronborg Chairman, Denmark | Gregers joined Northzone in 2003. Prior to joining Northzone, he was an active and hands-on business angel and member of the formal Danish business angel network. Gregers co-founded the Danish broadband start-up COCOM in the mid-90's. COCOM was acquired by Cisco in 1999 and Gregers served as General Manager of Cisco Cable Products and Solutions in Denmark. Prior to co-founding COCOM, Gregers was management consultant and partner in Bisballe Planning A/S serving Danish and international clients, and he served as expert and evaluator to the European Commission R&D programs.
Gregers holds an M.Sc. in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. Gregers serves as chairman of Asetek and Proxilliant, and board member of Napatech.

Henri Richard Member, USA | Henri Richard is Senior Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Freescale Semiconductor. Prior to joining Freescale, Henri Richard was Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at AMD. He oversaw AMD’s international sales force, corporate marketing and field marketing initiatives. Previously, Richard was Executive Vice President of worldwide field operations at WebGain, Inc., a privately held provider of Java software for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, he was President of the Computer Products Group at Bell Microproducts and Vice President, worldwide sales and support for IBM’s Technology Group. Richard brings a global perspective to the Asetek board, having led worldwide sales and marketing efforts in the Asian, European and American markets for more than 30 years.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in science and technology from Ecole Nationale de Radiotechnique et Electronique Appliquee in France.

Jimmy Fussing Nielsen Member, Denmark | Jimmy joined the Sunstone team in 2002. His investment focus areas at Sunstone include telecom, optical communications, and component companies. In addition to serving as Head of Technology Ventures, Jimmy provides sparring to all team members in deal structuring, fund raising, negotiation, and investment considerations. He was a part of the strategic management team and the investment committe at Vaekstfonden. Jimmy has been directly responsible for the recruitment of key Technology Ventures' investment professionals, the establishment of Sunstone's Silicon Valley presence, the formulation of the investment strategy, and a driving force behind the spin-out of Sunstone from Vaekstfonden. Jimmy brings to Sunstone a combination of start-up and investment experience spanning more than 14 years in Denmark and Germany. His background includes experience from investment management and start-up activities. Prior to joining the Sunstone team, Jimmy initiated the spin-out of PhoXtal Communications AB from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Jimmy has served as a senior portfolio manager for Consors Capital, Munich, Germany. Before that he spent almost five years with the investment and venture capital group BankInvest, Copenhagen, Denmark. Jimmy was responsible for portfolio allocation, selection of investment targets, fund raising, and for building a global advisory network. He was responsible for global telecom and IT investments. Prior to this Jimmy served as portfolio manager for two financial institutions both in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Jimmy holds a Master’s degree in business administration and finance from Copenhagen Business School, and has completed the Right Kjaer and Kjerulf Executive Training Program. | | 
Ib Sonderby Observer, Denmark | Ib serves as a professional Chairman in four companies and serves as board member in six other companies. Ib runs his own investment company, Zoar Invest, which is a long term investor in start ups as well as more conventional companies. Zoar Invest was the first outside investor in Asetek back in 2000. Before starting Zoar Invest, Ib served as CEO and Partner in A/S Bjornskov and Co. Stockbrokers from 1984 till 1997. From 1980 till 1984 Ib was trained at and worked for A. P. Moller Maersk in Copenhagen.
Ib holds a HD Business Administration, Finance and Accounting degree from Copenhagen Business School.

Stefano Concina Observer, USA | Stefano Concina has been involved in the semiconductor equipment industry for over twenty years. He is a General Partner in the KT Venture Group, the investment arm of KLA-Tencor. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of the E-Beam Inspection and the E-Beam metrology business units. In these positions he managed the development of state-of-the-art electron beam systems for inspection and metrology of production semiconductor wafers. Prior to KLA-Tencor, he held a variety of positions at Schlumberger, from software engineer to Vice President of the Diagnostic Systems division, an electron and ion beam design debug and failure analysis business.
Stefano holds a diplôme d'ingénieur from ESIEE, France and an MSEE from Caltech and has done graduate work at Stanford in the area of VLSI design optimization. He is named as a co-inventor in 6 patents on image processing and electron beam systems design.
