Climatic testing is a key element in providing our customers a uniform and repeatable means of testing and validating the thermal performance of our solutions under all temperature and humidity conditions. Asetek has invested in the very best of climatic test chambers on the market. We work closely with our customer who oftentimes provides to us a full PC for which we design a thermal management solution. In the climatic chambers we run the entire PC in different ambient temperatures in order to ensure no components overheat. Typically thermal management solutions in PC’s are measured in 35°C ambient. In order to do MTTF and life time testing, the climatic chambers are also a key element. By testing our products in extreme climatic changes Asetek documents towards our customers that the composition of materials is correct and thereby preventing leaks and liquid evaporation. |
