With Asetek’s own production facility we can quickly manufacture and put together a prototype in order to test various aspects of a design, illustrate ideas or features and gather early customer feedback.

We have an advanced park of machines ranging from CNC controlled turret punching machines to CNC controlled manufacturing centers. 

Another customer advantage is early visibility of the final solution, which gives an idea of what the system looks like and perform. If the customer is not satisfied the prototype can easily be changed or redone.

When the prototype is sufficiently refined and meets the functionality, robustness, manufacturability and other design goals, the product is ready for production.

Having the ability to produce our own prototypes reduces project time, time to market, overall risk and cost.
