When a prototype meets the customer’s and our own requirements, Asetek runs a small scale production line at our own production facility in Denmark to validate the manufacturability, quality and performance. From here Asetek invites our Asian contract manufacturer for training to make sure that documentary, drawings, material details, and construction techniques are fully understood. 

Now the manufacturing is ready to be handed over to our Asian contract manufacturer for mass production. During the first production runs Asetek provides Asian on-site support and in general reviews the manufacturing to assure that the manufacturing process meets Asetek’s and the customer’s expectations. Asetek is working with Tier one cooling manufacturers who already are qualified with Tier one customers and have a global distribution channel.
