Do I have to pay import fees and taxes?

If you live outside of the EU, then yes. Then you as the customer are responsible for private import and payment of import fees and taxes in the country for which you are ordering from/shipping to. If custom fees are not paid and a parcel is rejected and returned, you will be charged a return fee similar to return shipping charges.

Will you take my money before I get my product?

NO! We will not! We will only charge your card when we are ready to ship your product or products from Denmark. Once your products are ready to ship, you will get an email from us asking you to re-enter you credit card information in order to pay for and ship your products. Only then will we charge your card.

Why didn’t you ask for my credit card details?

See above! We will not take money from you before we have your pedals in our very hands and are ready to ship them to you.

Does not taking money mean that you don’t know if you’ll actually ship me my pedals for real?

No. It just means we follow Danish law. But we could have run this through our US company where we would be allowed to take your money upfront. We’ve chosen not to. We don’t like paying money upfront either.

What are your return policies for pre-order?

You can return your product within 30 days of delivery if the original seal is unbroken. Asetek SimSports reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the original sealing has been broken and/or the product has been returned after 30 days of delivery. During transport, you are responsible for any damages to the product. Products should be returned in undamaged, original packaging.

Refunds will be transferred back to the original method of payment. If you’ve returned the product in used conditions or if you have broken the outer seal, Asetek SimSports will not accept the return or refund your purchase.

If a parcel is refused delivery and returned to Asetek SimSports, the customer will be charged a return fee similar to return shipping charges.

Are you delivering to my country?

We deliver to most countries. If you can’t find your country on the list on the order page, please check that you are in the correct webshop by clicking on the little global symbol in the upper right corner. The EU shop includes all EU countries, all other countries (including EEC, UK and the US) is currently in the Global shop, though we aim to open regional hubs with time.

Shipping within Europe and to authorized locations outside of Europe is available for a fee. Please see the top of the page again.

What about warranty for these pedals?

They are our standard warranty terms and can be found in terms & conditions

Why can’t I pay in USD? 

If you live in the EU, you have to pay in Euro as it includes taxes, if you live outside the EU, your payment will be in USD but does not include local taxes. 

But your pedals are a lot cheaper in USD than EUR! 

Yes, but in USD you have to pay taxes yourself.
