For the purposes of these terms and conditions, \u201cThe Promoter\u201d refers to Asetek Danmark A\/S (hereafter: \u201cAsetek\u201d). The \u201cPrize\u201d refers to the value of 1 (one) Invicta Formula Button Box. A total of 1 (one) winner will be found.<\/p>\n

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to enter the competition but is not required to accept the prize.<\/p>\n

Orders above $399\/\u20ac399 placed in our webshop between November 20 and December 2, 2024 apply for participation. 1 (one) winner will be found after the competition period ends (December 2, 2024). The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner, using a random number generator. The winner will be notified on or after December 2, 2024. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days, otherwise the prize will be relinquished.<\/p>\n

All orders above $399.99\/\u20ac399.99 apply.<\/p>\n

Entrants, who must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry, must have a valid email address and a valid mailing address.<\/p>\n

Only one order per customer applies. Customers found to be placing multiple orders to gamble the system will be disqualified.<\/p>\n

The Promoter will not be held liable if the prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.\u00a0Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.<\/p>\n

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries.<\/p>\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter\u2019s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.<\/p>\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition, or the Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.<\/p>\n

The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or higher value.<\/p>\n

The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be used to enable shipment of the Prize.<\/p>\n

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter\u2019s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.<\/p>\n

The Promoter\u2019s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n

The winner\u2019s first name and last initial and country of residence may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been found.<\/p>\n

All other trademarks appearing on the Services are the property of Asetek or their respective owners. Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Asetek, you agree that nothing in this Agreement gives you a right to use any Asetek trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. You further agree that you shall not use any trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo of any other company or organization in a way that is likely or intended to cause confusion about the owner or authorized user of such marks, names, or logos.<\/p>\n
