What is the Early Bird Offer?

We have introduced two different offers for the launch of the Forte Formula Pro Steering Wheel.
Pre-order the Forte Formula Pro Steering Wheel between May 20th and June 15th and unlock exclusive savings:

15% off on all three items when adding handles and shifters/paddles to your Forte Formula Pro Steering Wheel pre-order. Use the code EARLYBIRD15% at the checkout to claim the offer.

10% off on both items when adding any handles to your Forte Formula Pro Steering Wheel pre-order. Use the code EARLYBIRD10% at the checkout to claim the offer.

Both offers only include a discount on the abovementioned products.

How does pre-ordering work?

You can reserve items by placing a pre-order without any upfront payment. Once the products are ready to ship, you’ll receive a payment link via email. Once you have completed the payment, the order will be packed and shipped. If you don’t complete the payment within the given timeframe (6 days from first receiving the payment link), your order will be cancelled and removed from the queue.

Can I pre-order items that are already in stock?

Yes! You can include in-stock items in your pre-order, but they will be held and shipped together with your pre-ordered items once everything is ready for shipping.

Is there a limit to how many items I can pre-order?

In some cases, yes. We may limit quantities to ensure fair access to all customers. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Why didn’t you ask for my payment details?

You won’t be charged upfront before we have your products in our very hands and are ready to ship them to you.

When will I need to pay for my pre-order?

Payment is only required once all items in your order are ready to ship. You’ll receive an email with payment instructions when this happens. Your order will automatically cancel if you don’t pay within 6 days of receiving this email.

Will I be reminded before the payment deadline?

Yes, we’ll send a reminder email three days before the deadline to help ensure you complete your purchase on time.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is paid for and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Do I have to pay import fees and taxes?

If you live outside of the EU, then yes. Then, as the customer, you are responsible for private import and payment of import fees and taxes in the country to which your order will be shipped. If customs fees are not paid and a parcel is rejected and returned, you will be charged a return fee similar to return shipping charges.

Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel or adjust your pre-order before completing your purchase via the payment link you receive by email. After payment, changes may not be possible. Please contact our Customer Service.

What are your return policies for pre-orders?

Are you shipping to my country?

What about the warranty?

Is the Forte Formula Pro Steering Wheel not available in the US?

Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the tariffs and the resulting impact on the pricing we can offer, our US customers will not be able to pre-order the Forte Formula Pro Steering Wheel on Asetek’s US website or through its partnered resellers in the US at this time.

We are closely monitoring the situation and remain hopeful that the Forte Formula Pro Steering Wheel will be available to purchase in the US later this year. We appreciate this is disappointing and we remain committed to keeping our customers updated on any new developments.

In the meantime, the Forte Formula Pro Steering Wheel will be available to pre-order through our global website. However, please note that US customers will be responsible for any applicable import duties or tariffs upon dispatch.
