Why do I have to pay shipping?

Pre-order Asetek SimSports Invicta Pedals will be shipped from Denmark, where they are designed and assembled. In the future, when products are made available to buy regularly, we will have products in several hubs all around the world. Therefore, for now, shipping is free of charge for most countries in Europe.

For shipping to locations outside of Europe, shipping is available for a fee.

If you don’t want to pay this fee, you can wait until pre-orders are fulfilled and the pedals are made available for instant purchase some time Spring 2022. If you want to make sure you get first in line for these pedals (and we totally expect that you do), then you will have to pay shipping.

Do I have to pay import fees and taxes?

If you live outside of the EU, then yes. Then you as the customer are responsible for private import and payment of import fees and taxes in the country for which you are ordering from/shipping to. If custom fees are not paid and a parcel is rejected and returned, you will be charged a return fee similar to return shipping charges.

Will you take my money before I get my product?

NO! We will not! We will only charge your card when we are ready to ship your product or products from Denmark. Once your products are ready to ship, you will get an email from us asking you to re-enter you credit card information in order to pay for and ship your products. Only then will we charge your card.

Why didn’t you ask for my credit card details?

See above! We will not take money from you before we have your pedals in our very hands and are ready to ship them to you.

Does not taking money mean that you don’t know if you’ll actually ship me my pedals for real?

No. It just means we follow Danish law. But we could have run this through our US company where we would be allowed to take your money up front. We’ve chosen not to. We don’t like paying money up front either.

What are your return policies for pre-order?

You can return your product within 30 days of delivery. Asetek reserves the right to deny any return or exchange after 30 days of delivery. During transport, you are responsible for any damages to the product. Product should be returned in undamaged, original packaging. Any product information, cables, manuals, etc., must also be included in the return.

Refunds will be transferred back to the original method of payment. If you’ve returned the product with missing items or if the product has been damaged, charges will occur.

If a parcel is refused delivery and returned to Asetek, the customer will be charged a return fee similar to return shipping charges.

When will the Invicta pedals be ready for shipment?

The estimated shipping time for Asetek SimSports Invicta pedals will be in Q1 in 2022.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping is free for selected countries in Europe. For shipping to authorized locations outside of Europe, shipping is available for a fee. Please see the top of the page again.
