Wheelbase Settings for Assetto Corsa Rally

This guide is designed to help you get started and jump straight into the action with this brand-new rally game.

These settings will be updated with future patches if there is a significant enough improvement to the game’s FFB.

These settings are meant as a starting point. We recommend you experiment with them yourself to find what feels best for you.

Lets get to the settings:

Invicta, Forte and La Prima Racehub Settings:

Steering Range:

Modern cars – 540°
Classic cars – 900°

In general, 540° is the fastest setting pace-wise, but it can feel strange in some older cars.

If you’re using 540° with an older car, we recommend lowering the friction to 5%. 900° will give a much more authentic feel, especially in the older cars.

(Make sure these numbers also match in game)

 Overall Force:

  • Invicta: 27 nm
  • Forte: 18 nm
  • La Prima+: 16 nm
  • La Prima: 12 nm

Disclaimer: If you want a less aggressive experience, then try going down to a different wheelbases overall force and in game gain.

Damping: 5%
to dampen the peak forces in the game, in general like AC EVO, there is already a nice bit of natrual damping in the game

Friction: 15%
This helps improve the overall feeling of weight.

High Frequency Limit: No Limit

Torque Acceleration limit (slew rate): Set the slew rate to the maximum value your wheelbase supports.

Initium Racehub settings:

For our Initium Lineup, the changes are a bit different, so i wanted to give it more dedicated.

  • Initium+: 8 nm
  • Initium: 5.5 nm

Damping: 0%

Bumpstop hardness:

Initium+: Soft
Initium: Medium

Friction: 20%
This helps improve the overall feeling of weight.

Torque Acceleration limit (slew rate): Set the slew rate to the maximum value your wheelbase supports.

High Frequency Limit: 1500hz

In game settings:

Gain:

  • Invicta – 45%
  • Forte – 70%
  • La Prima+ – 76%
  • La Prima – 95%
  • Initium+ – 145%
  • Initium – 170%

Even with these very high gain settings, you still won’t run into constant clipping, so although 170% looks extreme, it’s completely fine.

Minimum Force and Damper: 0%

Steering Lock: Match Racehub

Modern cars – 540°
Classic cars – 900°
