A: Yes, in RaceHub, go to wheel/pedals and hover over the information icon (i). Here you will be able to save and load the pedal profiles. For the wheelbase, you go to “Torque” tab and find the dropdown menu. To create a new profile, pressing the “+” and type the desired name, adjust the settings and press save at the lower right corner.
A: Yes, go visit the Firm Throttle spring on the webshop.
A: Yes, by connecting the pedals by USB-A or USB-C to your PC.
A: You can find the serial number in RaceHub settings or underneath/back of the product, starting with the letter D.
A: When the order is packed and ready for pickup by the courier, you will receive a tracking email from our shipping provider, DSV.
In the email, the tracking link will be provided. Please note, all shipments are in business days.

A: Asetek provides a 24-month warranty for all products purchased directly from Asetek.com. The warranty period begins one week after the purchase date.
Products bought from an authorized vendor or reseller are covered by the warranty terms offered by that vendor. However, you can still make a warranty claim directly with Asetek by providing valid proof of purchase when submitting the RMA/Warranty form.
