TERMS & CONDITIONS – ULTIMATE RACE WEEKEND GIVEAWAY (2026)
1. Sponsor This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is organized and administered by Asetek USA, Inc. (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility The Giveaway is open to legal residents of North America, including the United States and Canada, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Excludes residents of Quebec.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period The Giveaway begins on April 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on May 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST) (the “Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participants may enter via the Sponsor’s official website, social media channels, newsletter sign-up, or other designated campaign entry methods during the Promotion Period.
5. Prize One (1) winner will receive the following prize package for themselves and one (1) guest (the “Prize”):

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $3000 in total. Actual value may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates, and availability.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Odds The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on May 7th 2026 after the Promotion Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Skill-Testing Question (Canada Only)
Selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question in order to be declared a winner and receive the prize.
8. Winner Notification The selected winner will be contacted via email or the platform used for entry.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Travel Conditions The winner and their guest must be available to travel on the specified dates (May 22–25, 2026).

10. Publicity Release By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance of the Prize.
13. Privacy Personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
14. Governing Law This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
