Aerodynamics in Sim Racing: Downforce and Trail Braking

In this video, Christian Damm, formerly a part of the Ferrari Engineering Academy program with the Ferrari F1 team, talks about aerodynamics in sim racing.

The most significant difference between real-life racing and sim racing is movement. You don’t move forward in a racing simulator, but even though there is no movement in sim racing, you still have to focus on aerodynamic factors like downforce when racing.
